JIPS IS SUSPENDED FOR NOW ON
From December 6th, 2021, JIPS edition is suspended.
In order to submit an article to JIPS, the author must follow the following steps:

In case of a request for modifications
When authors have been notified that their paper needs to be modified, they can work on it and then submit the new version to the journal.
From that point, there are two options:
The first option is to update their entry on the open access repository. The workflow is the following one:
The second option is to submit a temporary version of the amended paper (without any upload on the repository):
Research articles, position papers and special issues may be submitted in French or English. The content of the submission must not have been published elsewhere.
The style and layout used by JIPS are given in the following styleguide. Authors are requested to use one of the following models:
Submitted articles should not be anonymous.
The submission of appendices to accompany articles is strongly encouraged (e.g., demos, videos, source code or data sets). Such appendices must be made available to the reviewers via a website managed by the authors.
Authors’ names and e-mail addresses will be used solely for the purposes of this journal and will not be used for any other purposes or shared with any third party.
JIPS articles are published under Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Generic license. They are published electronically on this website and are published in book form one to several times per year.
